Demi Lovato, who is best known for her roles in Disney’s “Camp Rock” and “Sonny with a Chance,” will be headlining next year’s BorderFest celebration Sunday, March 4, at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo. The Disney princess has released three albums since 2008, and remains a popular actress with the tween and teen crowd. She is also the star of the 2009 film “Princess Protection Program.”  State Farm Arena promoters will officially announce the full lineup for BorderFest concerts after the New Year.
